Purchaser : this term refers to the contracting party who has ordered or acquired a Gift Voucher. The Buyer may or may not be the Beneficiary of the gift voucher depending on whether he uses it personally or that he offers it to a third party.
Beneficiary : refers to the person holding the gift voucher.
Gift voucher : refers to the gift voucher dated, numbered and edited by Flight Unlimited and which is then submitted by the Beneficiary to Flight-Unlimited for the producing of the Service chosen on the site.
Deadline for use : the last date by which the Buyer / Beneficiary may benefit from a Service. The gift voucher is Valid for one year and one month from the date of purchase.
Party : refers jointly or separately to the Buyer and / or the Beneficiary and the seller.
Benefit : means the Service provided by Flight Unlimited for the benefit of the Beneficiary in exchange for the delivery of the gift voucher.
Vendor : means the association Flight Unlimited registered at PREFECTURE DES ALPES- MARITIMES (06) under number RNA : W062011173 located 22O corniche de Magnan – 06000 Nice.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter GTCS) are intended to define the terms and conditions under which the Seller offers the marketing gift voucher to buyers.
Accordingly, any order from the Buyer implies the acceptance without reserve of these GTCS, which prevail over any other document, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.
The Buyer acknowledges having read the GTCS prior to his order.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale come into effect on January 1, 2019. They cancel and replace all previous versions.
The Seller reserves the right to modify at any time these GTCS by publishing a new version on the Site. In case of modification of the GTCS, the applicable GTCS are those in force on the date of the order.
The invalidity of a clause of these GTCS does not entail the nullity of all the GTCS. The temporary or permanent non-application of one or more clauses of the GTCS by the Seller does not constitute a waiver of the other clauses of the GTCS that continue to have effect.
The photos on the Site have no contractual value.
The Buyer may place an order for the products via the Internet at www.flight- unlimited.fr.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the Buyer the application of the price in force on the day of the order.
Payment of purchases is made by check
The gift voucher will be delivered to the postal address indicated by the Buyer when entering the order.
Delivery of the gift voucher will be done by “Tracked mail”.
Products in electronic version will be sent to the email address indicated during the ordering process, at the expense of the Buyer to print them.
The Gift Certificate is neither cancellable nor refundable.
In case of no-show for a flight or cancellation of a booked flight less than 48h before the scheduled slot, the full fare will not be refundable.
